A.M. Castle revamping its sales team

CHICAGO A.M. Castle & Co. is revamping its sales force and revenue-enhancing strategies as it seeks to return to profitability.
The Oak Brook, Ill.-based metals distributor and processor has sustained losses over the past five and a half years as the sectors it supplies are subject to lagging or volatile demand.
"Although the first half was challenging from a top-line perspective, we completed our restructuring efforts on schedule and within budget," president and chief executive officer Scott J. Dolan told investors during a July 30 earnings call.....
