US steel imports on course for small rise

NEW YORK U.S. steel imports look set to rise slightly in July on the strength of increased shipments from Brazil, Japan and South Korea after a sharp decline in June.
Steel import license applications totaled nearly 2.25 million tonnes last month, up 0.6 percent from 2.23 million tonnes in June, according to the U.S. Commerce Departments Import Administration.....
