US lead imports jump in January to May

NEW YORK Imports of refined lead in the first five months of 2013 recorded an 80.7-percent increase over 2012 figures, according to the most recent data from the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
Imports of lead for consumption in January to May totaled 244,000 tonnes up from 135,000 tonnes in the same period last year. ....
