Oyu Tolgoi renegotiating long-term sales agreement

SINGAPORE Mongolias Oyu Tolgoi copper-gold operation is in talks with a customer to renegotiate a long-term sales contract accounting for 5 percent of production, AMM sister publication Metal Bulletin has learned.
"(Oyu Tolgoi) is in discussions with a customer related to the production conditions of the customers contract not meeting the contracted deadline," Tony Shaffer, Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. head of corporate communications and media relations, said in an e-mail.
