Anglo American starts work on coal expansion project

NEW YORK Diversified mining company Anglo American Plc has started work on the first phase of the Trend-Roman coal expansion project near Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia, according to local media reports.
The Trend-Roman Mine produces hard coking coal and the expansion is expected to extend the life of the Trend operation by 16 years, the London-based company said.....
