Ormet wins court approval to amend financing terms

CHICAGO Ormet Corp. has received approval to amend terms of its debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing, according to court documents filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware.
The move was necessary to avoid immediate and irreparable harm to Ormet, its creditors and other interested parties, U.S. bankruptcy judge Mary F. Walrath wrote in an interim order dated Aug. 21. ....
