NEW YORK A Wisconsin stainless steel manufacturers lawsuit against a former client seeking allegedly unpaid fees relating to a canceled order is being moved to U.S. District Court.
Beaver Dam, Wis.-based Apache Stainless Equipment Corp. filed a lawsuit in Dodge County (Wis.) Circuit Court in June against fabric shelter designer Alaska Structures Inc., claiming it was owed $591,287 in unpaid fees relating to a February....
