Delacoux succeeds Veys at BIR helm

LONDON Alexandre Delacoux has succeeded Francis Veys as director general of the Bureau of International Recycling (BIR) effective Sept. 2, the BIR has confirmed.
Delacoux will now run the day-to-day business operations of the organization, focusing much of his attention on handling direct and international trade barriers, he told AMM sister publication Metal Bulletin.....
