NEW YORK St. Louis Cold Drawn Inc. been cited for 26 alleged safety violations by the U.S. Labor Departments Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) after a worker died in May.
The citations, which carry proposed penalties totaling $51,800, followed an OSHA investigation into the St. Louis-based cold finished steel bar producer after a 55-year-old worker was electrocuted when he reached into an energized electrical panel box to....
