PolyMet loss narrows despite higher expenses

NEW YORK — PolyMet Mining Corp.’s net loss narrowed in its fiscal second quarter, with a drop in share-based compensation offsetting an increase in general expenses.

St. Paul, Minn.-based PolyMet posted a net loss of $1.76 million for the three months ended July 31, down 11.1 percent from $1.98 million in the same period last year, the company said Sept. 11.....
