TST, Nikkei MC form Mexican aluminum alloy joint venture

CHICAGO TST Inc. has entered into an agreement with Nikkei MC Aluminum Co. Ltd. for a new joint venture in Mexico designed to manufacture and sell aluminum alloys, the company said Sept. 18.
The new venture will be called TST Nikkei Metales S de RL de CV and will be based in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Fontana, Calif.-based TST will retain a 55-percent stake in the company, while Tokyo-based Nikkei MC Aluminum will hold 45....
