BNSF unveils rail upgrades in Minn., Okla.

CHICAGO — BNSF Railway Co. plans to invest approximately $220 million on maintenance and rail capacity improvement and expansion projects in Minnesota and Oklahoma.

The capital investments are in addition to the Fort Worth, Texas-based company’s planned upgrades on routes through Montana, North Dakota and Washington, which are expected to cost about $460 million (amm.com, Aug. 20).....
