China to become net scrap exporter beyond 2020: Ciftci

LONDON China will become a "huge net exporter (of scrap) at some point," Bekir Baris Ciftci, managing director of steel business analysis at the World Steel Association (WorldSteel), said.
The country will become a net scrap exporter after 2020, Ciftci said Sept. 25 at AMM sister publication Metal Bulletins 3rd Steel Scrap Conference in Istanbul.....
