Horsehead raises costs for NC zinc facility

NEW YORK Horsehead Holding Corp. has raised the construction costs for its zinc processing plant currently under construction in Mooresboro, N.C.
The Monaca, Pa.-based zinc producer said Sept. 27 that the estimated project investment in Mooresboro had risen by $40 million. It had pegged costs for the facility at $450 million in August.....
