Aluminum extruder facing OSHA fines

CHICAGO Extruders Inc. is facing $166,000 in penalties for allegedly failing to protect workers from the inadvertent start-up of machinery during maintenance at its Wylie, Texas, facility.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued 15 alleged safety violations following a March inspection prompted by complaints about safety hazards.....
