Aurubis says $105/T is 'right' EU premium

LONDON Aurubis AG believes $105 per tonne is "the right premium" for the European copper market for next year, based on its expectations for constructive global demand growth, chief executive officer Peter Willbrandt told AMM sister publication Metal Bulletin during LME Week.
Hamburg, Germany-based Aurubis 2014 premium is 22 percent higher than the offer of $86 per tonne it gave European customers this year, but is 6.6 percent below the premium offered by Chilean copper producer Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile (Codelco).....
