PITTSBURGH — Three environmental groups are suing a Connecticut recycler for allegedly violating the Clean Water Act.

New Haven, Conn.-based Connecticut Fund for the Environment Inc., Norwalk, Conn.-based Soundkeeper Inc. and the Conservation Law Foundation Inc., Boston, have accused Bridgeport, Conn.-based P.C. Metals Inc. and G.C. Metals Recycling Inc. of allowing stormwater to enter local waters.....
