ClarkDietrich files suit against stud group

CHICAGO ClarkWestern Dietrich Building Systems LLC, commonly known as ClarkDietrich, has accused the Certified Steel Stud Association (CSSA) and its three member companies of defamation.
A lawsuit filed in Butler County (Ohio) Court of Common Pleas alleges that the CSSA, California Expanded Metal Products Co., Industry, Calif., Telling Industries Inc., Willoughby, Ohio, and Ware Industries Inc., South Plainfield, N.J., conspired to disparage ClarkDietrichs steel stud products by publishing false, misleading and deceptive statements that its products fail to meet certain standards.....
