Steelmaking halt at USS’ Hamilton irks USW

NEW YORK The United Steelworkers union has expressed disappointment in U.S. Steel Corp.s recent announcement to end steelmaking in Hamilton, Ontario.
"All Canadians should be worried about our federal governments lack of action on massive steel imports while letting our homegrown industry wither and die," USW Canadian national director Ken Neumann said in a statement late Oct. 30.....
