Indonesia likely to phase in export ban: UBS

LONDON Indonesia will most likely implement its raw material export ban in phases, and is more likely to cancel it than enforce it fully, meaning supply levels wont be immediately affected and nickel prices will drift lower in 2014, analysts for UBS AG said.
While Indonesias official policy of moving toward a full ban has not changed, the waters have been muddied by hints that details of the ban will be modified ahead of its implementation on Jan. 12.....
