"I am very excited about the opportunity that Eddie’s vast nonferrous knowledge presents to our company and am very excited to work with him and the team he has created," Alliance Steel president Michael Zweigbaum said in a statement.

Minneapolis-based Alliance Steel services about 200 industrial accounts and provides scrap to more than 30 corporate customers in the domestic and international markets.
