OCTG leads fall in US steel imports in Sept.

NEW YORK U.S. steel imports slid in September, with oil country tubular goods (OCTG), cold-rolled sheet and semifinished material all registering declines, according to preliminary U.S. Census Bureau data.
Steel imports totaled 2.5 million tonnes in September, down 4.1 percent from 2.61 million tonnes in August, although the tally was up 6.1 percent year on year.....
