Hebei steel capacity cuts hit 2M tonnes through Oct.

SHANGHAI More than 2 million tonnes of iron and steel production capacity were cut in Chinas Hebei province through the end of October, Chinas Ministry of Information and Technology said Nov. 1.
The province, Chinas steel production hub, has cut 1.3 million tonnes of iron production capacity, 1.1 million tonnes of steelmaking capacity and 3.6 million tonnes of coke capacity as of Oct. 31, the ministry said.....
