Worthington selling cylinder plant assets

CHICAGO Worthington Industries Inc.s pressure cylinders division has agreed to sell operating assets related to its high-pressure industrial gas and acetylene cylinders business in North America.
Most of these assets are located at a Tilbury, Ontario, plant that will close Jan. 8, resulting in the layoff of 97 employees, a Worthington spokeswoman told AMM. The Columbus, Ohio-based company acquired the facility in 1996.....
