SÃO PAULO Latin American countries could seek economic integration to improve regional market conditions, with steel at the forefront, according to the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (Eclac).
Alacero aims to draw governments attention to the steel value chain to boost investment levels and achieve regional integration.....
