Mills confident about latest HSS hike

NEW YORK Mill sources are confident in the viability of the latest $20-per-ton ($1-per-hundredweight) hollow structural sections (HSS) price increase.
"If coil goes up $20 per ton from last week, then it should hold," one mill source said, adding that flat-rolled mills are being firm with their recent increases.
A second mill source agreed that the increase should stick, as it was followed by most mills and based on a demonstrable rise in coil prices.....
