Teck calls for more met coal production cuts

NEW YORK Teck Resources Ltd. is calling for more metallurgical coal production cuts to balance global supply and demand.
"Wed like to see more companies cut production. A significant proportion of the global supply is uneconomic," Ronald J. Vance, Teck Resources senior vice president, said Nov. 21 at the Goldman Sachs Group Inc.s Global Metals, Mining and Steel Conference....
