ISA late on filing for the quarter

PITTSBURGH Industrial Services of America Inc. (ISA) is working to regain compliance with the Nasdaq Stock Exchange after failing to file its quarterly financial report on time.
Nasdaq has given the Louisville, Ky.-based metals recycler and auto shredder until Jan. 17 to submit its results for the quarter ended Sept. 30. Nasdaq requires that companies file timely reports with the U.S. Securities....
