SHANGHAI — China’s daily crude steel output dipped in mid-November amid lower domestic steel prices and the impact of stricter pollution controls on producers.

The country produced 2.132 million tonnes of crude steel daily in the second 10 days of November, down from 2.144 million tonnes per day in the first 10 days of the month, according to estimates released....
