SSAB’s quench line in Ala. nears full production

NEW YORK SSAB Americas newest quenching line in Mobile, Ala., is approaching full production only a year after it was commissioned, as the steelmaker seeks to gain more ground in the growing advanced high-strength steel arena.
The Lisle, Ill.-based producer, which hot commissioned its No. 6 quench line last November, said that the line was constructed to meet growing market demand.....
