OCTG prices dip again, but sentiment ticks up

NEW YORK Distributor selling prices for oil country tubular goods (OCTG) dipped again in November, although there was a slight pickup in market sentiment to neutral compared with the prior month.
"Supply weighs heavy on this index but orders have improved," Pipe Logix LLC manager Kurt Minnich said, with the distributor index for the month standing at 48 compared with 39 a month earlier.....
