OCTG imports from South Korea jump

NEW YORK U.S. imports of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from South Korea rose in October to their highest level this year, according to preliminary figures from the Commerce Departments Enforcement and Compliance division, despite a trade complaint filed in July.
OCTG shipments from Korea were put at 118,849 tonnes in October, up 18.4 percent from 100,350 tonnes the previous month and 32.5 percent higher than a year ago, with average prices falling to $877 per tonne from $909 in the month-on-month comparison.....
