AIIS lauds $960-billion WTO trade agreement

NEW YORK The World Trade Organization (WTO) has drawn up a trade facilitation agreement intended to expedite international trade, a move lauded by the American Institute for International Steel (AIIS)
The WTO agreement includes procedures to increase trade flows, cut red tape at customs and streamline customs procedures, according to drafts of the agreement. The provisions could add as much as $960 billion to the global economy, according to the Peterson Institute for International Economics.....
