NEW YORK — China has filed a World Trade Organization (WTO) request for consultations with the United States on anti-dumping measures on 13 products, including oil country tubular goods (OCTG).

China’s Ministry of Commerce has accused the United States of "a series of wrong behaviors that run contrary to WTO rules," such as improper application of targeted dumping methods, refusal to provide enterprises with separate rates and improper application of presumed adverse facts.....
