OCTG mills seeking retroactive duties

NEW YORK U.S. oil country tubular goods (OCTG) producers claim that a recent surge in imports from India, South Korea, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam is an attempt to avoid potential duties and should result in duties being applied retroactively.
If the U.S. Commerce Department and the International Trade Commission (ITC) make affirmative determinations, retroactive duties could be placed on all imports of OCTG from the countries during the 90-day period before preliminary countervailing and anti-dumping duties are determined.....
