California recycler settles stormwater violations suit

PITTSBURGH A California auto recycler has agreed to pay $32,000 to the California Sportfishing Protection Alliance (CSPA) to settle alleged violations of the industrial stormwater permit.
Redding, Calif-based Windsor Industries, doing business as Viking Auto Parts, has agreed to make a $14,000 contribution to the Rose Foundation for Communities and the Environment to fund environmental projects and will pay $18,000....
