Insurer sues Calif. recycler for alleged fraud

PITTSBURGH An insurance company is suing a California metals recycler for allegedly underreporting its revenue from nonmetallic commodities after the recycler filed a claim to recoup losses from a fire.
Star Insurance Co. filed the lawsuit against Anaheim-based Sunwest Metals Inc. in U.S. District Court in California to rescind an insurance policy for the company.....
