DJJ promotes Steigerwald

PITTSBURGH — David J. Joseph Co. (DJJ) has promoted David Steigerwald to executive vice president of finance.

He succeeds James H. Goetz, who retired Dec. 31 after 31 years with the Cincinnati recycler. Goetz held the post for well over a decade (, May 20, 2001).

Steigerwald, who joined DJJ in 1998, has held numerous financial positions, including at its Western Metals Recycling unit and in DJJ’s Recycling Group. He also will serve as general manager of parent company Nucor Corp., Charlotte, N.C.
