PITTSBURGH — PSC Metals Inc. has locked out workers at two of its operating units in Wooster, Ohio, that were involved in a unionization process.

The move impacts about 10 workers at the Wooster yard, which has remained open as a buying center even though the shredder has been idle for nearly eight months (amm.com, May 16), and 23 employees of its Garn Trucking unit. The workers were locked out Dec. 31.
