CHICAGO An iron ore hauler that accidently struck a U.S. Coast Guard ice-breaking ship in northern Lake Michigan was scheduled to arrive in port at Gary, Ind., during the afternoon of Jan. 7. The crew were to be met by investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), a Coast Guard spokesman told AMM on Jan.....
