CPI Aerostructures lands record orders in qtr.

LOS ANGELES CPI Aerostructures Inc. secured a record number of new orders in the fourth quarter, aided by easing federal budget sequestration pressures, the company said.
The Edgewood, N.Y.-based aerospace manufacturer posted $39 million in new awards in the quarter, most of which were follow-on orders for its work on Chicago-based Boeing Co.s A-10 Thunderbolt attack aircraft and Falls Church, Va.-based Northrop Grumman Corp.s E-2 Hawkeye surveillance aircraft.....
