China cuts railway outlay to $103B for 2014

SHANGHAI China plans to invest 630 billion yuan ($103 billion) in railways during 2014, according to a Jan. 9 report by the state-owned Xinhua News Agency.
This is down 8.7 percent from 690 billion yuan ($113 billion) spent in 2013.....
