Avanti undeterred by delay in Kitsault permitting: exec

NEW YORK — Avanti Mining Inc. expects to receive Canadian government approval for its Kitsault molybdenum mine during the first quarter, Avanti chief financial officer A.J. Ali told AMM.

"We were expecting it by the end of 2013, but in the last meeting before Christmas they requested additional information, so we now expect it in first quarter," he said. "As far as I’m aware, in British Columbia there has never been a mining project which got the environmental approvals from the provincial government and didn’t get the other permits.....
