ISA quits stainless blends as losses mount

PITTSBURGH — Industrial Services of America Inc. (ISA) has decided to quit making specialized blends as part of its effort to regain profitability.

The Louisville, Ky.-based metals recycler and auto shredder recently discontinued production of stainless steel blends due to a decline in stainless prices, according to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.....
