Stability seen in N. American, EU long steel marts

NEW YORK Long product markets in North America and Europe are showing signs of stability, but continue to struggle in other countries, such as Turkey, according to a short-range outlook by the International Rebar Exporters and Producers Association (Irepas).
"The current political turmoil in Turkey, on top of the lack of steel demand, has negatively impacted the countrys demand for ferrous scrap," the association said Jan. 13.....
