US challenges China's compliance to steel duty ruling

NEW YORK The United States has challenged Chinas compliance of a World Trade Organization (WTO) ruling regarding anti-dumping and countervailing duties on U.S. exports of grain-oriented flat-rolled electrical steel.
"The WTO found that Chinas duties are inconsistent with WTO rules. And unfortunately, it appears that China has not corrected those inconsistencies," U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman said.....
