Atlantic to begin exporting vanadium from Windimurra

NEW YORK Atlantic Ltd. said it is poised to begin exporting vanadium trioxide from its Windimurra Mine in Western Australia to supply such sectors as the titanium alloy market.
The Windimurra project currently produces vanadium trioxide as an intermediary product and then converts it into ferrovanadium in an electric-arc furnace, the Perth, Australia-based company said in a statement Jan. 20.....
