Turkish rebar offer prices seen climbing

NEW YORK Turkish rebar exporters have increased offer prices to the United States as importers rush to source material ahead of the U.S. Commerce Departments preliminary determination on anti-dumping duties on Turkish and Mexican material, which is scheduled for Feb. 27, market sources told AMM.
Offer prices on rebar from Turkish mills have been quoted at $590 to $600 per ton ($650 to $660 per tonne) c.i.f. port of Houston for February production and March delivery.....
