Turkish rebar offer prices seen climbing

NEW YORK — Turkish rebar exporters have increased offer prices to the United States as importers rush to source material ahead of the U.S. Commerce Department’s preliminary determination on anti-dumping duties on Turkish and Mexican material, which is scheduled for Feb. 27, market sources told AMM.

Offer prices on rebar from Turkish mills have been quoted at $590 to $600 per ton ($650 to $660 per tonne) c.i.f. port of Houston for February production and March delivery.....
