ISRI forms advisory council to battle metals theft

NEW YORK The Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) has created a Law Enforcement Advisory Council to help with the development of a "comprehensive program" to address metals theft.
The council is comprised of "law enforcement officers, prosecutors and security personnel from around the country with an understanding of the metals theft issue," ISRI said in statement Jan. 23, adding that the new body....
