CHICAGO Almatis BV seeks court approval to buy dead storage alumina inventory and alumina dust from bankrupt aluminum producer Ormet Corp. for $237,150.
The alumina supplier, based in Botlek, the Netherlands, is offering to pay $228,150 ($112.50 per tonne) for 2,028 tonnes of dead storage alumina inventory and $9,000....
